So here I am again - for the 3rd time!!! ONE MONTH LATER NO RESOLUTION TO QUERY YET DISCOVERY LIES HERE ON PREVIOUS COMPLAINT SAYING I GOT FEEDBACK!!!! May as well start a political party as you have ZERO ethics!!!

Your escalations team dropped the line on me after 39min and couldn't be bothered to call back - so if THIS, the Hello Peter Team have ZERO SERVICE ETHICS - WHERE TOO? OMBUD??????
