How long before my claim is paid?

Can someone at Discovery please explain why I have been waiting so long for my claim to be paid out. On 12 January 2016 I had a consultation with my dr and I paid R750 out of my own pocket. When I checked the status of the claim I submitted I saw Discovery was going to pay the dr again instead of me. On 21 January 2016 I submit a \Request to reverse the payment of a valid claim\" form. I have have resubmitted my claim again but still no feedback or money...... <br> Reference number for original ***. <br> Reference number *** from automated email account."
