How is this possible?

I AM LIVID!!!! Two months ago I paid all outstanding funds to Discovery Health [- AND THEY SEND ME A LETTER TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING WAS SETTLED!!!!!!!} after me and my dependant had resigned from the medical aid at the end of January 2023.

Now I am receiving notifications that I owe a further R1400 for my dependant was withdrawn from my membership. How can my dependant be withdrawn from a membership that is not active? And with no knowledge from my side? And with no documentation from Discovery I was forwarded to complete? No one even contacted me?

All they do is take! take! take! My next stop is Department of Health and also *****line.
