My daughter went for a covid test last year and it still has not been paid. They claimed that Lancet submitted the claim late, but they gave them proof that it was submitted in time. This resulted in Lancet taking legal action against me for non payment

I have been waiting for 4 days to get an authorization number from Discovery. I need to be in theatre next week and have to make arrangements at work. How difficult can this be!?!?!?
