How do you get to Discovery Health Customer Care?

Can anybody out there tell me how to get Discovery Health Customer Care? It seems to me that most big companies make it impossible for individuals to reach customer care. I'm not looking for somebody that can listen but can't do anything. I'm looking for somebody that can solve a problem. I love Discovery but wish that they can create an easier way to solve problems.
