How do you get listed for a medical aid account that was closed in July 2018?
I received an email informing me I have been listed for a medical aid account that was closed over a year ago. Discovery Health did it. For a company that holds all my accounts from life insurance, car insurance, vitality. I am disgusted with the latest stunt they have pulled. If I owe a company they need to inform me if I owe them before listing me for something I am not aware of. The call centre agent confirmed that I do not owe them then Why am I listed Discovery Health?
