How do you get help from a real person at Discovery??

it has to be the MOST FRUSTRATING thing in the world to deal with Discovery especially their service bots. They cannot answer my queries. When I try and phone its all machines. As I am elderly and Deaf I rely on others to assist me. I registered for the vaccine as soon as registration opened. Have not heard a word from Discovery and anyone try and make an appointment?????? Its a joke. This is not the 1st time I have complained about Discovery
