How Discovery still get clients are above me

As from the 1st of June the company I work for took over my medical scheme. I received my payslip on the 31st of May and saw that my contribution was deducted from my salary, on the 1st of June I get a notification from the bank for all my debit orders and guess who deducted money as well - Discovery! So I stroll down to HR and ask what's going on, no it's a problem on Discovery's side (not a surprise at all), HR sends an e-mail to our representative and I phone Discovery to find out what's going. After being transferred a few times I finally end up with a lady called, if I'm not mistaken, Lesepo (ref ***), naturally she can't really assist me as obviously the whole of Discovery doesn't know what's going on. She did pick up that my company took over my medical scheme. I informed her that since the company has taken over my medical sheme and my contribution was deducted from my salary that I am going to stop the debit order that went off.

So yesterday afternoon I get an e-mail from Discovery stating that my medical scheme is not paid (not by debit order obviously anymore, cearly they are to vague to pick a double payment up) and that I dont have medical cover anymore. I rep**** by e-mail, naturally without a response back from Discovery.

I went to gym this morning, and if I don't get the points on Vitality I will take further steps against Discovery because, Discovery, your service and your employees are completely pathetic and I am getting really sick and tired off it!
