HOW DIFFICULT COULD IT BE TO ASSIST WITH A SIMPLE CHANGE OF AN OTP CONTACT NUMBER????

Shocking service from Discovery......... have an incorrect OTP contact number on my profile, so I am unable to make any changes. I have called the number listed for Digital Support on ***, they are unable to assist as this is because of a credit card linked to my profile, which I cancelled ....... to get the card cancelled was a difficulty on its own. Today I have attempted call the credit card division and been put on hold to be transferred to the correct department only to be cut off after wasting 18 minutes. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE IN DISCOVERY HELP ME TO CHANGE THE OTP DETAILS ON MY PROFILE!!!!!!!! How difficult could this possibly be do get done by such a "BIG" corporate company??????
