How can they suspend my cover if i paid?
I would just like to know how can they suspend my cover if I paid I mean really?

Please note that the Scheme does not allow for cash payments to be made on a monthly basis for individual members. The premiums for individual members are paid through monthly debit order payments. This form of payment allows us to collect contributions on time, without any errors. It also reduces the risk of incorrect suspensions on memberships.
Our records confirm that your payment was made after the due date of it being due. As a result, this led to the suspension of your membership. However, we confirm that your membership is now active and you may access your benefits. The Scheme offers various debit order dates for our members and you're welcome to contact our service centre to setup a debit order and collection date that will suit you.
