Hospitalization Co-Payment not on statement

In order for me to claim my hospitalization Co-Payment back from my gap cover policy I need my Discovery Health statement to show my co-payment. Every time I have a hospitalization co-payment I have this battle with Discovery. Why is the co-payment not on the statement. I keep getting an auto generated statement via do not reply email with the statement requested WITHOUT my co-payment. What must I do to have my co-payment shown on my statement. Previously it has taken as many as 6 calls of 30 minutes each to eventually get this info. I am currently travelling in the USA and cannot afford to call the help center as this process will bankrupt me.
