Hospital treatment not covered

I was in hospital and again Discovery was technical and did not cover my bill , consultant called Trevor Naidoo told me that iwas in a casualty ward that is why they will not cover the hospital bill........I was in pain and the Dr Panther In. Lenmed Royal hospital In Kimberley gave me a Drip and ran some Tests and took me for sona...... I thought all this will be coverded by my Hospital cover with Discovery.......little did I know that the Bill will be rejected by Discovery as it came back as not paid ., now im left will a bill of +- R3000 for all that Hospital services.

my company deduct more than R2000 every month for my medical aid......and that is like 24000 a year taken from my salary to pay Discovery medical aid........and they give me Day to Day funds of +-5000 to cover me and my son fot the whole year.................paying mediacal and treatment that I received from Hospital cover will not harm Discovery on the 23rd of November 2018........'i feel ****** by discovery.
