Hospital Pre-authorisation
Recently had to phone the call centre for a hospital pre authorisation... I was fully prepared for it to be a complete mission and a battle. What a pleasure when I got through to Leizl! Call was answered quickly and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly too. Whole process complete and approved in 5 minutes.
