Hospital pre authorasation

I'm so disappointed buy Discovery health by refusing to approve my son's hospital authorisation while I have funds available. Their agency are useless and don't know what they are doing.

I have spend R 300 of air time on a call and half of the calls I made I was just put on hold for over an hour. I need to cancel these medical aid because is useless, pathetic and does not value for their customer of over 15 years
