Hospital Plans and Discovery

We are trying to join Discovery Health Hospital Plan and so far it has taken nearly 2 months and 4 requests for Bank Statements which we have sent (which entails going to the bank, having them print the statements, charge for them and stamp them) and still no sucess. Their internal communication does not seem great which makes one think perhaps an alternative provider would be better.
