Hospital plan, pathetic service and don't cover in hospital expense

<p>First time in my life I was forced by the company (Shoprite/Computicket) to get register with Discovery Health Medical Aid.</p> <p>Shoprite provide me a Medical Scheme brochure that states clearly, it’s full hospital plan, that cover everything in the hospital, if you are admitted.</p> <p>When my wife got admitted in the hospital and she went for a minor operation, Discovery only paid 20% of Surgeon fees, rest I have to pay…, mentioning reason “claim exceeds the maximum amount payable by the Scheme” This is a *****.</p> <p>I have called Discovery Medical aid call centre number ********** .252 serval times to inquire, I never get through with a human/consultant. Really sick and tired of such a pathetic and absurd service.</p> <p> </p>
