Hospital bill not paid

Good day, I complained about Discovery Health a while back due to Bouganville - which use to be a Delta Hospital, did not want to help me in the Emergency services although I pay my medical aid every month. And this they only told me after they have already started treating my son, otherwise I could have gone to Eugene Marais from the start. I am a widow and cannot afford a medical aid with the benefits with at this stage. A guy from Discovery contacted me and said that he can help, there is a form I must complete and send to him and with this he will be able to claim this for me and get it sorted. The email never reached me, and since it was the end of the year and I was changing jobs right in the beginning of this year, I did not try to get hold of this guy and now I can not remember who it was that called me. I appointed a broker in the meantime to help me sort this but now they are giving her trouble - that it falls out of there 4 months policy, etc. I want this resolved asap - Discovery is very quick to take the premium but very slow on service - I can vouch for that as I am a short term broker an have to fight for my clients every day. Why pay a "hospital plan" medical aid if you cannot even use the damn thing in hospital - unacceptable. Please rectify this!!
