Hospital Authorisation on Key Care Network Hospital by admitting Key Care Doctor Rejected!!!!!!!!!!!

It is totally ridiculous that we Discovery Medical Key Care Plus option rejected the claim merely because my wife got a referral letter from a Non Key Care Network doctor to a Key Care Network doctor within a Key Care Network of hospital for admission.

I was informed by Discovery that she should have gone to casualty first,but the issue here is that the admitting doctor whom she was referred to is indeed a Key Care Network doctor but Discovery are quick to point that the letter was written by a Non Key Care network doctor. Discovery is not concerned at all for the patients well being at all, but more so what is going in to their pockets.

So it is clear that Discovery are using any mode at their disposal not pay and i was informed that i will be responsible to pay the account....however they still give 4 Authorisations for non key network doctors for the year so what is the point?????

Am awaiting a detailed response from Discovery before i take the matter further i cannot be paying huge sums of money every month for this level of useless selfish service offered by the medical aid....
