Hospital Authorisation, not clear, flawed procedure.

I've gotten hospital authorisation for a procedure WITH conditions on what the surgeon might use in terms of consumables, but there is no information on which items these are and what the limits are.

Please advise ASAP. I've phoned now 5 times to sort this out and i'm still going in circles. The Discovery prep for this op has been by far the most stressful part of the process.

Incorrect I had to phone you and do all the leg work. I hope that recording is on hand.

Telling a client that there is a secret list of approved items that may or may not influence the entire cost of the procedure BUT you may not share that list leaves a client in a helpless position.

I'll be seeing how I can take this further.

I also think this violates the credit act.
