Hosp admission auth

I have twin grand daughters thqt are 11 months old. The one got very ill and had a temp of 41deg The paediatrician said she needs admission for convulsions. We were at the hosp since 8h30 till 18h00 waiting auth for admission then tonget told its under review which could take a further 16hrs!!!!!!!!!! The baby is ill... what TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
