Horror with discovery part 4

Discovery healthcare is really playing around with their clients,I Habe been going back an forth over 2 months with discovery for payment of my injection and over one and half month ago I submitted my dispute they are still going back an forth.Last week a consultant called me telling me he will escalate the matter an a week later still nothing from them. They think patients with medical problems must just siting around waiting for someone in their department to wake up from their sleep and finally do their job. It is pathetic how discovery is treating their chronic patient.THEN THE CONSULTANT TELLS ME MAYBE I SHOULD UPGRADE TO ANOTHER PLAN! FOR WHAT? FOR MORE HEADACHES FROM DISCOVERY FURTHER MORE IF IM STRUGGLING AFTER PAYING SO MUCH ALREADY AND TO NOT ABLE TO AFFORD MY INJECTION WHERE DO I GET THE FUNDS TO Upgrade FROM? ,I speak for my self but I'm sure there is over 100s of other patients in the same situation.DISCOVERY US A PATHETIC MEDICAL AID AND IM TALKING FROM EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
