Horrific service rom discovery - They will leave you to die instead

Discovery approved my authorization last year on the 24 November 2020 to see a gynecologist, upon trying to renew the code which expired they have rejected authorization 3 times with no explanation whatsoever the exact information was submitted except this time around it has been rejected 3 times.

I have been to the doc 3 times every week since November yet discovery seems to be ******** and have no access to whatever a GP is doing is not working they still refuse to give me authorization.

Awful experience God forbidden you are dying or terminally ill and awaiting for discovery even a government hospital is better than this ****ty medical aid that we pay a lot for cause income bracket division or ****py service
