i am once again forced to come to hello peter, clearly that is the only way to get feedback, i was promised to be contacted to get feedback regarding a claim that was refuted, a week has passed, i have hear nothing, and lacet keeps on calling me every day for feedback, this is horrific service, can i please get feedback asap....
