Horrible treatment continues after death of main member.

So the struggle with Discovery continues.

I was on my life partners medical aid (Corporate scheme). After his death I was notified that I will be off medical aid at the end of February

I initially wanted my own medical aid Key care plus because after my husbands death I had no income.

First Discovery just made me the main member of my deceased husbands medical aid without my consent. I wanted to be on my own medical aid and only a hospital plan.

Yesterday I get a call from Discovery informing me that I own them R15 000.00. As far as Im concerned Im not even on a medical aid as I have no income and are unable to pay.

How is this possible. Im now liable for everything on my deceased husbands medical aid. My deceased husband was the main member and made all the decision on this medical aid.

Furthermore this was a corporate scheme with a large company.

The last consultant who called me was so arrogant and unhelpful
