Horrible, slow service from Discovery LA Health!

After cancelling my medical aid with LA health from Discovery and moving to one of their other schemes 2 months ago, I am still being debited every month by LA health. This is the second month of having to fight with them about why they are still deducting my premium if I am no longer an active member! Then they take up to 2 weeks to refund my payment!! Their service is absolutely pathetic. I cannot understand why it is so hard for them to cancel my debit order for a service I am no longer subscribed to. This is the second month where i have had to cough up money out of nowhere to make sure my other debit orders can still go off - all thanks to LA health. Would not recommend this scheme to anyone as you always have issues with them.
