Horrible service, no feedback, *********** team

I have been struggling with Discovery and a reason as to why my claim was rejected for 3 months. I have spoken to 3 Discovery agents and eventually a team leader, by the name of Waseem- he gave me his contact number, which is of no use to me because I never get through to him. His direct line is ********** 377. I've spoken to a Bianca, and Denise Govender, did not get the first agents name I spoke to. I was told by all three these agents by claim was declined in error after they've spoken to their TL. Why can no one answer me?
