Horrible service, bridge of contract

I was sent to hospital on the 5/07/2021 at Botshelong hospital was admitted by the doctor, Medical aid told me it can't authorise and has to send my request for admission to their relevant team and send my gp document to sign. The following day doctor calls me in and we follow the process they advised then the **** if a medical aid says that they can't cover my admission they sending request again to the team, when asked what must happen now as this is an emergency the representative Vannesasaid she can't tell me what to do but it's either I pay cash at the hospital after I explain to her what I was told she rudely said I must go to public hospital if I can't pay cash, yet am paying medical aid, am sitting now in pain can't walk or sleep yet I pay medical aid,What is the purpose of me paying medical aid if it does not assist me, you just robbing us our money and sending us to die.**********, what must I do now
