Horrible service!

The most horrible and worst service ever!!!

I had to cancel my medical aid due to certain things and now I plan to rejoin as I am in a better space. Because I do have a thyroid condition which I mentioned and have a payment which outstanding which I am trying to make arrangements. It's such a problem for someone to call me and assist! Every time they call the line cuts and nobody calls you back !!! Do you guys only take someone's money ?

You guys barely helped.. you keep telling me to update and till today I don't know what to update guys. You call at random times yet I told you I work from 7.30 up until 4.30. Yet you keep calling in-between those times ! I think it's best we rather look at cancelling this and i can settle what I Owe and move to another medical aid that can help me please. I am drained and also not well. So don't need this.
