Horrible service

I submitted a claim for emergency treatment on the 15 till today i have not being refunded and the hospital keeps calling me for their payment. I have called to follow up and was promised that the funds will be paid on Friday. It's sunday night and guess what nothing has been paid. I'm fed up as this is not the first time this has happened i will be changing my medical aid.
