HORRIBLE SERVICE

The most pathetic service i have ever received. i joined discovery health last year in december andi was promised that my discovery medical aid card will be delivered at the address where i worked. A whole year later i still do not have my medical aid card. Everytime i call, i get promised that it has been escalated, to where? At the rate discovery is doing things i might just cancel this insurance.

Hi,

I wrote a review on hello peter regarding the bad service i have been receiving from discovery. I was promised a call today between 13:30 and 14:30 by a consultant who whereby gave me a call only once at around 13:45 as soon as i picked up and said hello they hung up the phone on me.

Now please explain is this how Discovery Health resolves their clients complaints by just making **** calls to the client just to hang up on them when they answer the phone.

I am so disappointed and i am just out of words on how discovery handles things
