HORRIBLE SERVICE

I'm writing this review with a broken heart and depressed mind. Actually this medical aid deserve a 0% rating,3months ago my dr submitted a request for breast reduction operation authorization was declined immediately .All motivational letters, quotes from all involved Drs was sent,up to now no response. Im on Discovery comprehensive plan (very expensive)but no response. This medical aid is a ripp off scheme,it does not have any consideration for human health. December I tested positive for COVID, to be honest it was tough and terrible. I constantly suffer from severe headaches, backache,insomnia, shortness of breath and shoulder pain due to large breasts imagine fighting the condition while my health was compromised.I'm really suffering alot due to the weight of my breast, m active person but struggling to exercise due to the weight of my breasts. I have developed rashes under my breasts,and groves on my shoulder due to the bra straps. I have lost more weight but my breasts are still huge and heavy. Discovery ur just ripp off **** all you are good at is robbing us our money and no service delivery.
