Horrible service

<p>Requested a call back and the agent who called me was so rude, she did not give proper responses, or be polite at all. As if that was not enough, after a few minutes she just banged the phone down. Pathetic service from such a reputable company. Her name was Nontutuko or something to that effect. </p>
