Horrible Service

I am so heart broken at the service my husband and i have received from Discovery Health. Our little Boy was born on the 29th Jan 2016 and the forms that we were given at the hospital advised that we had 90 days from date of birth to register our little boy. We submitted our documents on the 9th March, so about 45 days after his birth. We then we told 3 weeks later that the forms we submitted 3 weeks ago were incorrect and we need to submit other forms. We then eventually received the new forms and completed and sent them off. To now being told that because we didn't submit the forms within 30 days our son is now not covered for anything and he has to wait 3 months before he will be able to join the medical aid! <br> I am heart broken, this is not like a adult moving from medical aid to another medical aid and possibly having to wait 3 months. A new born baby who has never even been on a medical aid now has to wait!!<br> So disappointed, i have always loved being on Discovery and would have advised everyone to join but now i am now going to look at moving our entire family off discovery and telling everyone about this ********** non-service!!!
