Horrible query resolution

I have been trying to fix claims queries for the last 2 and a half months with discovery but every query gets lost in discoverys black hole of call centre agends. Out of the 30 agents I have spoken to only 2 have ever called back. That's 2 issues resolved out of about 20 and now we have been handed over to the lawyers for a large unpaid account and I'm sure there will be more to follow. The worst experience of my life has been trying to resolve issues with discoveries claims department.
