Horrible Medical Aid

I received an Authorization Number/letter from Discovery for my knee operation. Confirming that I can go ahead with the operation, just to receive a Claims Notification this morning stating that the Anaesthesiologist will not be paid! WHAT did they expect a life operation???? Since when can you do any operation without Anaesthetics? We had problems on problems on problems since we joined Discovery.
