Horrible medical aid
The most horrible medical aid. There is no possible way of getting hold of them for assistance. It’s been 72 hours and they haven’t authorised my wife’s emergency procedure. I have been calling them and never been able to speak to any service agent, the doctor also tried but no one is responding or even answering. I wouldn’t recommend Discovery to anyone. Do not ignore the negative reviews
