Horrible experience regarding anaesthetic claim

Discovery medical aid is the absolute worst. I have been going back and forth with them for the last month regarding a claim for anaesthesics. I was initially told that I dont need hospital authorization by them. I even double checked and theres even a guide from them proving this. Based on the type of surgery i had i was told that everything will be fine. This is absolutely ridiculous as i am being told to get the doctor to adjust various parts of the claim from place of service to procedure codes and each time i make one change theres another change needed. This is absolutely ridiculous as i have done everything according to the initial instructions. I just want my claim paid. There is no reason why this needs to be prolonged as even the doctor is surprised. They have had no issues with previous claims so i dont know why my claim is such an issue. Just pay for it is all thats needed
