Horrible experience from start to finish
If I could give zero stars I would. I paid almost R3000 per month and I wasn't covered for any blood tests, medication or an emergency hospital visit. What's the point of having a medical aid? I feel like Discovery has ****** me. Worst medical aid out there. Bunch of ******.

Someone from the hospital also sent you everything weeks ago and yet Discovery still pretends they don't have my documents. You give people false hope that you will consider covering their medical expenses. This is incompetence.
