horrible experiance trying to become a member - but a consultant was amazing

<p>I do not want to get into the torture and drama that moving to discovery health has caused me - but the stand out in all of this chaos has been a consultant by the name of Cyril Daniel (ref ********** 339)</p> <p>throughout this aweful experiance, he has remained polite, friendly and empathetic. He stayed true to his word by contacting me always as promised, calling back where all other consultants failed to do so. he went above and beyond what i expected, he went the extra mile, for days. even when i lost my temper at the frustration out of all of this not once was he rude or even decided to just give up and let it go.</p> <p>i would like to comend him for the assistance he provided me from our first conversation to the last. for the way he went out of his way to assit, and the way he handeled a very frustrated client.</p> <p>thank you Cyril Daniel (i do not have an email address to thank you personally) your assistance was greatly appreciated</p>
