Horrible customer service!!!!
Requesting an authorization to see a gynecologist has never been this frustrating. I spoke to 4 different agents and each one gave me a different story. I had to cancel 2 specialist appointments because I'm still waiting for authorization. My doctor has sent through the form but nothing yet. This has been very frustrating because i have an emergency. Absolutely appalling customer service from the call center.

01 May 2021, 10:09Discovery is utter nonsense. After struggling to get authorization to see a gynecologist, i can't get authorization for admission. Called from Friday to Saturday and no one answered. Why on earth would a medical aid not work when we have so many sick people who need their assistance. This is absolute nonsense. Waited for 5 hours at the hospital just to have no one from discovery pick up the phone. I would never ever recommend this joke of a medical aid to anyone. If I could give you a zero I would.
