Horrible communication

Still no proper response. I received an email saying they tried to phone me and asked for times when i am available. I responded to said emails saying i never received any phone calls and then gave them specific times to phone and NEVER received a phone call. I want this resolved. I still believe i was falsely advertised and promised vitality promotions then they took my money. I want this resolved. Please discovery just email me and communicate. I still wouldn't recommend vitality to anyone just joining. the issues i have encountered and the bad miscommunication from their agents is shocking. Especially for a provider that claims they are better than everyone else.
