i was a member from 2017, all documentation from Motohealth was given thru to them then, all questions asked & paperwork supp****. i was unfortunate that for a few months in 2019 We were not on a medical & once i could afford it went back to Discovery, questions was asked, & answered & we were approved, 2014 i have an accident & only now a problem came to light, i approached my medical aid & was told that it will not be covered as my plan is nothing more that a hospital plan & i must pay the doctors directly. i have done that, 2 weeks later i get another call saying i will never be covered for any of those injuries as i was not truthful. but my money was taken this month? so what now Discovery, will you refund me all my contributions?
