Hopeless medical aid.

I am dealing with a bunch of idiots here.In spite of them deducting my premiums from my African bank account they insist that I update my bank.Why I have no idea.Not only is the form very complicated,every one of the many E mails I have sent through is returned because they don't clear their E mail boxes.The most dreadful company I have ever dealt with.Trying to get them on the phone is a mission in it;s self.
