Discovery thanks for being a leader in ripping people off. I pay over R12K every month for medical contributions today I cannot have my daughters tonsils remove cause on Key care its not a acceptable ICD code from 1 Jan 2024.Consultant say nothing I can do

The correspondence received also.You are telling me that my child must be on her last with severe tonsilitis before you can even concider.That is very sad and we pay so much for quality medical care but this is what we get.It is very very sad that we are really exploited on your key care plan.You are the only medical aid that has this type of plan with this type of restrictions and it is sad that we are exploited like this.
