Honestly, I am very aggrieved with the manner in which my medical claim has been handled. I have on several occasions tried to resolve my claim with your office. Despite my attempt to handle it in a civilized manner, you have mistaken my kindness for weakness. Clearly you have not made it your means to listen and act on my dissatisfaction, so, lets see how you will respond to the regulator. Furthermore, I will make sure everyone knows just how pathetic you are when it comes to honoring claims whilst I honor my payments.
