After 2.5 months of trying to sort out one simple claim: 4 people promised to phone me back - still waiting 6 people probably escalating the claim - does not mean anything 6 people PROMISING me that this has now been sorted out and that the claim is processed TODAY to make up for the inconvenience caused Holding the line and holding the line and holding the line Asking about GAP claims - response....'Don't know anything about GAP' Four complaints submitted via the website; one response SAYING IT IS SORTED OUT AND WHY IS IT A WEEK LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING I don't want another apology - had enough meaningless apologies - sort it out!
