Hold for ransom by Discovery Health

<p>Discovery Health hold one ransom once you have signed up for their services, my salary date changes and I have changed all my debit orders date with no hassle, expect for Discovery, I now need to pay 2 month instalments to make the change for 6 days and they also can’t set up the date as requested, I can’t cancel my membership and move to a medical aid that support my needs without also paying penalties now / additional fees for my Gym Membership. As per their terms and condition I must have a debit order setup to be a member and can’t do EFT payment. This means I will now pay not only the debit order bank fees for now fund, it will influence my credit record and my medical aid cover will be suspended. This all due to company that interest is money not customer services, so be careful before you sign their contract, maybe government medical aid seems to be a better option,</p> <p> </p>
