Hmmmm

I owed discovery 703.57 after withdrawing from a cover I had with them. I eventually paid R700.00 of that, before which they claim they handed my account over to Shapiro. 1. Is it not my right to know when this happens? 2. Shapiro claims you have given them incorrect/multiple contact details so surely they would not have been able to reach me. please advice. I now owe the ****ing company RR400+ because of this instead of just 3.57.
