HIGHWAY *******! Contributions have increased by 16.5% over a 7-month period (April 2023 compared to September 2022) for a core plan. Yet Discovery gloss this over by saying premiums only increased by 7.9% in 2023! This is incorrect! There have been TWO premium increases within 7 months!!
