highly recommend against discovery

I am fully disgusted with the key care plus plan of which the premium went up and they removed the cover of tonsils and grommets. witch they say it is not a serious danger to health; however, our specialist advise that our daughter will keep getting sick of the tonsils and that she can get pneumonia which is difficulty for breathing which sound pretty life threatening to me and also the grommets which needs to be replaced as she can get a hearing problem if not treated correctly as her ears gets infection and drainage.

Friday we need to pay an amount cash which we don't have plus minus R25000

she is not allowed to upgrade the plan and also not allowed to fall on a different members plan with mediate effect as they also see it as an upgrade.

we can't cancel as it is mandatory to have medical aid in our company which they contribute a percentage which I am grateful for but I have calculated the payments made to discovery and the total costs we had to pay in with our own cash as they don't cover anything which is needed for the recent problems with children between the date of birth and 13 years. We spent almost equal to what discovery received from us monthly so they gained and we lost which is really Cruel and unfair to me would not recommend discovery as an option if I had a choice which I will be looking into to see if I am allowed with other health care providers which they don't care as they already got their salaries paid with our money they are to me just a pyramid scheme
